Training Programs

Fundamentals of Cooperatives

Introduces participants to the core principles, values, and structures of cooperatives. It covers the history, types, legal foundations, and roles of members and officers, providing a solid foundation for those new to the cooperative movement or seeking to deepen their understanding of cooperative operations.

Governance and Management of Cooperatives

Provides cooperative leaders and managers with essential knowledge and skills to strengthen organizational leadership, ensure compliance with cooperative principles, and enhance effective decision-making. It covers key areas such as board responsibilities, member engagement, policy-making, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable cooperative operations.

Financial, Risk, & Credit Management

Equips cooperative leaders and staff with the skills to effectively manage financial resources, assess and mitigate risks, and implement sound credit policies. It focuses on financial planning, loan portfolio management, risk assessment tools, and internal controls to ensure the cooperative's financial stability and sustainability.

Other Trainings

include a variety of specialized programs designed to address the diverse needs of cooperative members and staff. These may cover topics such as leadership development, digital transformation, marketing strategies, social performance, and regulatory compliance.
